Deactivation of Amazon Seller Account In Error

Hello, I need help, my Amazon Seller Account has been deactivated and I don’t know the reason, advice Action please.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. Seems like this an ongoing issue with many accounts…I am having the same issue with ZERO help from Amazon support. Continue to get automated responses and running around in circles trying to figure out how to get ahold of an actual person to resolve this issue. Best of luck! Hope they start actually helping people.

when you initially setup an account on here did you abort that process and start over? Did you make two tries at setting up an account?

Julianna_s_Collectio I know how frustrating it can be, from what I have seen over & over is that AMAZON allows ONLY 1 account per person per lifetime. There are only a handful of sellers that have been able to have more than 1 account & those people were preapproved for that before trying to activate a 2nd account.

I do not believe that you are trying to activate a 2nd account but that you are trying to “Reactivate” your previous account “as you indicated” by either setting up a new account of your same name for no other reason than simply due to you deactivating it in ERROR however Amazon does not allow this & that might be the “Violation” Amazon is referring to & therefore the reason you are having this issue.

It seems to me that you are looking for a quick fix like go to this and hit Alt-J down space down space and boom it will be fixed. But Amazon and very little in life work like that, seems like a lot of information to start the process of this being fixed has been given…

I am fully FBA i don’t use any businees or 3pl.
I don’t know anybody else owning an seller account.
The supplier shipped the products to amazon warehouses, is that consider as 3pl?
Everything else has been handled by me or amazon
