When you created the listing, did you key in the dimensions and weight on the detail page?
You need to edit the listing.

When you have just created a new listing it takes time for all the various Amazon databases to be updated. The data for your shipping template has probably not been updated yet. Wait a few hours and try again.

hey did you solve this? i have this issue on 4 listings seller support keeps telling me they are working on it even though they closed my ticket.
i have all the dimensions added but it still is saying i am missing data.
