Damage FBA item returned to me but package includes something completely different
I received notification that an FBA item was returned in damaged condition so I submitted an removal request to have the non-fulfillable item returned to me (lego set). Once the package arrived, I was surprised to find an item that I don’t sell (10 apple watch bands). How do I handle this, given the poor communication options with seller support? They will likely want me to ship that back in and I will never get anything in return. Anyone have this happen to them?

Open a case, take pictures of everything. The box, the item inside the box, the item outside the box and the little return slip. Explain the issue and attached your pictures. They will investigate and you should be reimbursed with no need to send the item back. It’s happened to me a couple times.
