I have been fighting this issue for over a year without a resolution. I have been paying to sell on Amazon and have never been able to even complete my store, much less sell anything.
My Brand WP (WarPig BBQ), Serial number 98218739 has been tombstoned by Amazon and in return, I have been assigned to someone else's brand! Some genius at Amazon added me to the brand WP (WP Suspension) 7527108. This should be the easiest issue ever to resolve, yet I have been dealing with it for over 12 months. I'm at a point now where I'm about just close my account and forget about selling on Amazon
I mean.. look at this response. They don't even read the description of my help ticket. If they do read it, they definitely don't comprehend it at all.

To confirm that your request was submitted successfully, go to the “Requests” tab and review the latest trademark entry.
