I’ve submitted a Brand Registry application for my brand “HIMEDI” (Case ID: 17274663521), but it keeps getting marked as Ineligible, and every appeal I submit gets automatically rejected without a clear explanation.
Here's what I’ve done so far to meet the requirements:
- My trademark was filed by a professional patent attorney who has successfully helped other Amazon sellers register their brands.
- My active Seller account starts with “himedi,” and I also have a regular customer account that starts with “webmaster.” Since the “webmaster” account was deactivated, I suspected it might be affecting my Seller account, so I made sure that both accounts are now active.
- My product has the “HIMEDI” logo permanently printed on it, and I’ve also attached a photo of the packaging with product info in English on the back (taken by phone).
- I submitted an invoice issued within the last 3 months that includes the brand name.
Despite all this, I continue to receive the same automatic rejection message. I have no idea what I’m missing.
I’m wondering:
- Could the problem be that I selected three categories in the initial application that might not exactly match my product?
- Could it be the brand logo design? (In my logo, the letter “D” is missing a vertical line. Not sure if that matters.)
I’m truly frustrated and just want to know what’s wrong so I can fix it.
If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how I can move forward, I would deeply appreciate your help.
