CPC (Children Product Certificate) non accepted by Amazon
Hi,
I am a manufacturer and I need to submit CPC (Children Product Certificate) for verification by Amazon.
I know all the requirements, I have had all necessary test done by the accredited lab.
I am 100% sure the CPC I have issued has all necessary information:
• Include product name and description
• Contain name of the manufacturer
• Include date and location where product was manufactured
• Include date and location where the product was tested
• Include name, address of the lab that conducted the testing
• Include the list of each consumer product safety regulation to which the product was certified for
Amazon does not explain why they don’t want to approve the CPC. All I get is an automated message each time, that CPC does not meet requirements.
I am completely lost for ideas on what exactly they have an issue with.
Manufacturer’s name and address is also same as on the Amazon seller account.
I am attaching CPC here, maybe someone would be able to check and advise.
Anyone has run into similar issues?
Any ideas on what could be ‘wrong’?

It needs to be a lab that is a CPSC-accepted laboratory and meet the requirements the CPSC sets. You did not attach anything so I have no idea if your certificate meets the requirements, but as Amazon keeps rejecting it my guess is it does not.

Have you been able to figure it out? I am in the exact same situation and I am so frustrated. I don’t what to do. Mine was approved in September, so I don’t know what changed. Any luck with yours?

Does the information on the certificate match 100% to your Amazon account and product info? All it takes is one little difference to be rejected.
It is MUCH easier and faster to reject something than to think about it and process it.
