Greetings, two sellers made a false report that two of my listings were inauthentic just to remove me from the listing and they could sell their product, now I have to make a video call to clarify that my products are authentic only because two sellers cannot compete fairly, Amazon should take action in such a situation, please if anyone has any suggestions please let me know I would greatly appreciate it.

I had someone contact me for a bulk discount price on a listing. I discovered that I could use negotiated pricing to offer this individual a bulk price discount. However, when I made the offer and it became active, it stranded all the inventory on the ASIN. Now Amazon is telling me that I have to relist the ASIN all over again?!?! What?? They told me that it was just listed for the first time on April 7, but it was not. It's been listed for about 10 years. This makes no sense at all. I have this customer relationship now that Amazon can't seem to remove and I can't seem to get anyone to understand what is going on. They just keep telling me to relist and wait for approval. What a mess over something so simple. I've talked to 5 people now and 4 different emails. Can someone here with Amazon help please??
