In December 2018, Amazon updated the condition guidelines for Used, Certified refurbished, and Rental products to reflect current standards. Please refer to the revised condition guidelines to categorize your 2019 listings correctly.
The book condition guidelines are confusing. What’s the difference between like new and very good now??
you have to note remainder marks on book if it is listed as very good, if it is as new no need to let the customer know about the large black mark
Hopefully we don’t have to redo the condition on all media back to 2003. I have some new books listed and I doubt if I can find invoices or documentation.
Is this or was this comment always in the guidelines?
“Original packaging is present for most New items but certain items like shoes may be re-boxed.”

If, as a customer, I ordered a New pair of shoes, and they came in a generic box, I would be returning them for “not as described”. Did a shoe seller write that section ?
