Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m attempting to upload an image for a surface and a clipping mask. The product is a round charm. There is a saying wrapping around the outer border and the customer should be able to upload a picture into the center. I keep receiving an error message that the image isn’t the right dimensions, but it is. Square shape, at least 400px and under 1 mb. I’m about to pull out my hair! Anyone have any tips? Thank you!
