Claim decision denied and not counted defect but still Granted and count defect rate on my account why?

i am FBM seller on amazon , so buyer open a-z claim because seller don’t received item but item status showed seller received it . than i received mail from amazon decision to denied ,not counted but still Granted and count defect rate on my account . i don’t understand what happen and why ? someone can help me ?
