I can’t seem to log into my Brand Registry account and despite eating out to seller-central and brand registry support, I have received no help in addressing this issue.
I get an error message that says my password is incorrect, even when I change my password!!
When I call the brand registry phone number that I got from seller support on a phone call, it gives me an indefinite “all circuits are busy. Try again later” message. ARGHH.
Does anyone have any solutions?
Amazon, if you’re reading this, I really would like to log into my BR account! I already have a brand registered there but can’t access it.
