Cannot reapply for developer credentials

Is there a way to reapply for developer credentials? We have made upgrades to our system but cannot update our previous case or reapply for credentials.

You should try creating a new support ticket.

I would suggest you read this develpper FAQ:

Then open a new case using the same subject as your original case and refer to your original case number.
