We put 2 step verification on our account yesterday because of the coming changes. Setting it up was quick and easy and everything went smoothly. We got the security codes sent to both phones. When we try to login now, it prompts for username and password. We enter these and it takes us to the “Send a code” screen so we can validate the login. When we click the “Send a code” button, it takes us to a screen that only says:
An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we’re already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly.

We spent an hour and a half getting bounced around seller service and customer service and they had us change our password which did not solve the issue. We have tried this in Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox with the same result. Has anyone else had this issue and have you been able to resolve it?
