Cannot change deposit info


Hey everybody,

I created an FBA account a couple years ago, and I recently re-activated it to restart selling a new product of mine. I’m trying to now change a previous bank account that I had used for depositing in the past, but everytime i attempt to do so it does not work.

I go to deposit methods, and click add new deposit method.

The main issue seems to be when I fill in the “Identify your bank account” section which requests

To prevent misuse of your bank account, you need to verify your account details ending in *** and provide the complete account number.

I’ve tried several times to put in the old account, but it does not work. I don’t know if the bank acct. number changed, but I’m a little unsure what to do. Anybody got any guidance??
