Can’t intercept package
I goofed and sent the wrong sized item out USPS, and now am not able to file a package intercept for some reason.
The post office had closed right after I dropped everything off, so it was impossible to reach them by the time I got home.
Would anyone else like to see Amazon provide a package Intercept link for us?
The other issue was not being able to repurchase a shipping label through buy shipping, which is another issue I’ve run into and would like to be changed. You sometimes need to buy shipping again and can’t void the prior label.
I’ve read that a few sellers over the years have been able to “recall” packages when buyers file a-z before delivery. I’m not sure if this is USPS or may be another carrier, but right now I’m left hanging and would like to avoid troubling the customer at all, when I should be able to fix it easily.
Any thoughts?

USPS charges $11 for a parcel intercept. Follow the Intercept a Package, directions.

I have run into a similar issue as this. Buyer called in to cancel order after it had already shipped and I was not able to recall shipment. Buyer was nice enough to use the UPS prepaid shipping label to return the product to us. If you havn’t already I would reach out to the buyer to give them a heads up. Can also prevent a negative review from them thinking they are only receiving the wrong sized item.

when you consider truck shipments there can be as many as 50 different shipping possibilities so an intercept link would not be possible
