Can I receive funds after 90 days of account deactivation?

My seller account has been deactivated for more than 90 days, when will I be able to receive funds in balance.

Why was your account suspended? If it was for selling inauthentic items, you will not see any $$ unless you can prove they were authentic.

My account was deactivated due to being linked to another seller account, its been over 90 days and i cant get them to answer my email…
Anyone know what to do?
