First of all - we haven't set up or activated any type of automated pricing etc. just to get that out of the way.

Unfortunately, posting them as variations of the same item is not appropriate for the type of items we are selling.

Amazon randomly merges these listings together without notice, pricing them at whatever the cheapest of the items is. The ASIN number also gets "changed" to be the same whereas they originally had unique ASINs.

Obviously, this is disruptive and costly to our business.

Why does this keep happening? But, more importantly - how do we prevent this from happening?

- and how can we quickly and easily detect listings this has happened to so we can avoid losses? We have thousands of listings and receive no notice of any kind when this happens.

We just lost all of our Buy Box Feature items all at one time. We have no Account Health issues. We are 25% lower price and we still can not get the buy box. We have a better feedback, No health, They are featuring a Used Good item for more money rather our Used Like new for 20% less on every item as of Thursday!! I called customer service, they see nothing, We called Account Health, They see nothing. How can I keep a business going like this?? Is there another waay I can contact amazon where the person speaks english and can acutally help?? Please advice. Thank you for any help.

My store once had a brand sanctioned by the US Trademark Office, and Amazon removed my brand. This year, I plan to start business again on Amazon and register a brand new one. However, Amazon rejected me, stating that it did not meet the requirements. I don't know how to handle this, and the Amazon brand team has been rejecting my appeal to register the new brand,I have opened many cases, and they told me that my brand does not meet the brand registration requirements. I don't know how to solve it

Our Amazon-registered brand sells hand-painted Egyptian papyrus.

A competitor is counterfeiting our products by printing them on a colored photocopy machine and selling them on Amazon in another country. This has resulted in three negative reviews on our listings, clearly stating the items are fake printed copies, not hand-painted.

These negative reviews are appearing on our Amazon US listings and cannot be removed.

Amazon seller support in this country has stated they will remove the infringing listing but cannot remove the reviews because our brand is not registered in that country.

We are questioning whether worldwide brand registration is necessary to protect our products and if Amazon supports the sale of counterfeit goods while protecting the infringing seller.
