Any advice on how to handle this? A few of our knives were incorrectly flagged as being spring assisted opening knives. Our knives are 100% manually opened and closed pocket knives. As requested by Amazon, I provided images of all sides of the product and attached a PDF of our user manual that shows how are knives open and close. Amazon continues to deny our appeals and now considers this issue closed.

This month I have been charged around $2000 for shipping adjustments that are incorrect. Most if not all are from a singular package size that I use (15x15x8.8in) and most of the adjustments are from FedEx OneRate. The audited dimensions are always 10x15x15, just barely putting me over the 2200 cubic inch threshold, and this is what can turn a $700 order into a $1000 loss. I have shipped this exact package size hundreds of times through amazon and other marketplaces, and have never experienced charges like this until about two weeks ago. I have information to disprove these bogus adjustments, and I'll attach photos of that here, as well as a sheet of the biggest adjustments that I need to have reversed. I have been charged hundreds of times for smaller amounts, and I know that's become a big issue for sellers lately. I'll just chalk that up to the cost of business. Needless to say I do not use Amazon buy shipping anymore. The attached photos are the exact package is question. You will see that the package is not, in fact, 15x15x10, and that all of these adjustments are incorrect. I ask that you (mods) please submit a request on my behalf to get these charged reversed. We all know that seller support cannot help, and I can't go to fedex, since amazon is the buyer in this instance. I will also list the orders below, as well as the spreadsheet, to make it even easier for you to submit this. I ask you to consider the position that this $2000 loss has put me and my business in, since I am not a very large seller here. I have no recourse but to ask for your help. You'll see that across the forums, many people are dealing with this. I don't mean to speculate, but I myself have never, ever, received anything like this across any other platform, and with such little support, something does not seem right about this. I appreciate all of your help.

Amazon issued me my first reimbursement since the new policy went into effect and it was a laughable $15 for an item that costs me $80 and retails for $125. Previously i have tried applying my source cost but was denied, and support told me I could appear reimbursements later. Well, lo and behold I have tried to appeal and am being denied a reimbursement for my source cost, despite providing all unredacted invoices. So is this just how it's going to be going forward? Essentially you can not get reimbursed source cost unless it's low enough.

This is so unfair. We already take a hit when Amazon loses our inventory since it takes months of planning to ensure we are properly stocked.

Our Amazon US-registered brand, NileCart, sells hand-painted Egyptian papyrus.

A competitor in Egypt is counterfeiting our products by printing them on a colored photocopy machine and selling them on Amazon Egypt. This has resulted in three negative reviews on our Amazon Egypt listings, clearly stating the items are fake printed copies, not hand-painted.

These negative reviews are appearing on our Amazon US listings and cannot be removed.

Amazon Egypt seller support has stated they will remove the infringing listing but cannot remove the reviews because our brand is not registered in Egypt.

We are questioning whether worldwide brand registration is necessary to protect our products and if Amazon supports the sale of counterfeit goods while protecting the infringing seller.
