Buyer wants refund, claims didn't place order, wants pre-paid return label

I just received this:

Hello,
I did not order this item. Please issue a refund. I will return the item upon receipt of a return postage label. Thanks you.

How should I handle this?

I appreciate your help.

This is a return request. You must authorize it within 48 hours. It does not matter the return reason, just authorize it.

Amazon says this is seller faulted. We treated it as buyer faulted and have never had an issue. And that is if you ever actually get the return back.
