Having trouble getting an item listed. I'm getting a message to update EPA number, this item is not regulated by EPA. I have submitted the documents from EPA stating not regulated, Amazon is still denying the listing.

I just feel everyone should be aware that Amazon is currently in the process of admitting there is a bug in their system that is zeroing out inventory as it goes into transshipment. Inventory is constantly lost at Amazon and with them reeling in the amount of time you are even allowed to ask for reimbursements, this is just another way they can absolve themselves taking responsibility for lost inventory.

I'd encourage all sellers to check their inventory(especially recently sent inventory), to make sure that the counts are correct and demand correction if it is not. Amazon will continue to operate this way unless more and more sellers point out the way Amazon continues to obscure and misrepresent things as important and black and white as inventory counts.

I am writing to follow up regarding the funds held in my seller account. My account was deactivated on March 16, 2023 due to a related accounts issue, which was linked to a friend’s account. After submitting multiple appeals and continuously cooperating with Amazon, my account was finally reactivated on March 4, 2025.

I appreciate the reinstatement, as it confirms that my account is now in good standing and eligible to operate. However, despite this reactivation, I have still not received the $4,454.40 that was held in my account during the suspension period.

Since my reactivation, I have opened several cases to request a review and release of these funds. Unfortunately, I have only received general responses and been told repeatedly that my case is being transferred to the relevant team, but there has been no clear resolution or timeline for the release of my balance.

I respectfully request the following:

• A clear explanation why the funds disbursement is delaying.
• Confirmation of the funds will be disbursed now that the account is fully reactivated and compliant.
• If not, I kindly ask for specific reasons and any necessary steps I can take to appeal this decision further.

I have always acted in good faith and complied with Amazon’s policies. I hope my case can now be fairly reviewed, especially in light of the account’s current active status.
