Buyer contact options are disabled


Recently contacting buyer options are disabled. this gives no chance to work with buyer and help configure the products. This is causing returns to increase. When we click on contact buyer, all options are grayed out except the digital content.



Help configure the products?

Are you talking about selling through Amazon Custom?

If so, there is a Custom forum.

If not selling through Custom, then you have almost no chance of satisfactory outcomes if items must be configured.

Non-response is the norm for buyers here.

It sounds as if your proactive contact privileges have been revoked? Were you notified?

Forum evidence shows that too much buyer contact may result in loss of proactive contact privilege. Those sellers may still respond to queries.
