Reason for removal: This reviewer is fake, there is no any post or review in his profile. . That is highly possible to lead other customers to think negatively of our product.

This case was raised to The Amazon Services team, and The Amazon Services team said that our listings product reviews that were associated with buyers who have violated Amazon’s policies. Please help us remove the review.

so my credit card on file is maxed out, only $6 left lol. I paid but they are holding the payment for a week so it won't clear. Will this be a problem for disbursement? I know when my card expires there is always issues.

I just received an invoice disbursement successfully, but my main disbursement is quite large, does it matter? I'm not sure if Amazon just sends a test or they send a test charge depending on your disbursement amount?

I don't want to use my ATM card and have problems then the disbursement gets held for 2 weeks, what should I do?

Hi everyone, I need some urgent help regarding my US seller account.

On April 1st, 2025, I received an email for identity verification under “Other Policy Violations”. I immediately submitted all required verification documents and a photo the same day through the appeal section.

The system showed me that the verification would be completed within 2–3 days, so I waited. But after about a week, instead of being approved, my account got deactivated.

Now, it’s showing a critical violation with an account health rating of 0, and the email says I have 19 days to resolve the issue by contacting Account Health.

Has anyone else faced this? What should I do now to get it reactivated? I didn’t receive any rejection or further request for documents after my first appeal. Please guide me.

Our inventory has been stuck in "unfulfillable" status for months. During this time, our account has still been charged monthly inventory fees for these items which we cannot request a removal order for.

Support has been little-no help in getting this situation resolved as these items have been stuck in unfulfillable status since November 21st.

This is a gross misconduct of business for which we have received zero reimbursement while over 1,500 of our units are stuck in unfulfillable status even after two successful video verification calls which proved our inventory's authenticity on both January 28th and February 4th.
