If you are a brand owner selling in Amazon stores, you can use our self-service, brand-exclusive tools, called Brand Benefits, to build awareness and grow your business.

Here are some of the detail page content tools which are available to brand owners to build high-quality listings and help create the experience customers desire to increase conversion:

  • Manage Your Experiments allows you to run controlled experiments to A/B test your detail page content and discover what may convert best with shoppers.
  • A+ Content can make your products stand out with rich text and images in the Product Description section of the detail page. Adding A+ content can help increase sales by connecting customers with your brand story and diving deep into product features.
  • Brand Dashboard provides helpful insights on how you can improve customer experience and maintain your brand health metrics.
  • Customer Reviews give you a dashboard of recent customer reviews so that you can easily read, track, and respond to all your customer reviews from one place.

If only the Customer Reviews section had a clickable Order ID (like Seller feedback), so that we could refund or follow-up with customer. Too much trouble trying to find the person via Amazon Fulfilled shipments report (most of the time can’t anyways because the customer uses an obscure username). Fix this!!


A few questions/suggestions for this Customer Reviews brand benefit:

  1. When if any are you planning to display review responses on the mobile app? Currently, responses are only viewable on desktop.

  2. Any plans for displaying a verified “Brand Owner” badge to review responses?

  3. Reviews for brand owner FBA products that are entirely about the fulfillment experience (e.g. delivered late, wrong item received) should be struck through or removed similar to Seller Feedback.


how do I access this information? When I go to the Brand Benefits Tools Link nothing shows up. We are a Registered Brand so why isn’t it showing up on the Brand Benefits Tools?


I can see the option as a brand owner but got this message… as usual “not as good as it seems”, just for those special folks out there somewhere…

There are some great re-sellers out there who can build excellent content for Amazon detail pages… It’s unfortunate that you restrict all these great tools to only “brand owners” who may not do business with Amazon direct.

If you’re trying to cut-out all the resellers and channel partners of major brands by offering these exclusive tools as incentive then that’s even worse…


I hear you HW_Designs. I really do. On the flip side, customers do need to feel comfortable leaving reviews that are honest and won’t get harassed by sellers. Not saying you will, but we all know some bad apples out there.
@SEAmod How about adding a feature that if a comment/reply is left on a review, the reviewer gets notified?


That’s a great suggestion! I would love to be able to contact the buyer and establish a better service to them getting to know them better. Having their information would facilitate our life a lot. :slight_smile:
