Anyone is complained by Complaint ID: 5375299571 today for infringing Apple Patent D801314 reported by ?

  1. They are liars because their names are not listed on the patent, but they told AMAZON that they owns that patent.

  2. They never replied directly from ‘…’, but use other email to concall with them for paying them money. They email they using:
… —>Fake Apple Email with server from Yahoo.
… —>It seems that this guy swap email-box to play word games with us.

  3. They complained us twice:

  1. For the first complaint, we insisted them to provide the APPLE official authorization with CEO signature, but they couldn’t. And AMAZON finaly release after 4 months agao and our ASINs were unfrozen but the customers were dropped to Zero.
  2. Today is the second time. We confident that our products are not infringed APPLE’s patent, so we escalated to AMAZON dispute team for multiple times. But … insisted us to contact with that unresponse email as first time.

We are collecting the complained sellers to against this liar. If you also mean the same problem with us, please text us. Thanks

They should report you for your seller profile being in violation of Amazon’s policy as well. Specifically your redirecting Amazon’s customers to visit your website or contact you via email, whatsapp or mobile phone. A violation that you’ve been reminded of before.

And btw, if this is (again) about your “I7” copycat headphones they appear to be very similar to Apple’s design patent, regardless if Appdetex is authorized to represent Apple or not.

This is not the first time you’ve complained about this and you seem to get little sympathy in the forum when you do.

HA! Now that’s funny. If only Amazon were so accommodating of you.

Sorry, they’re not.

The point is , 1 ] Are you violating Apples trademark .
2 ] Are you an authorised reseller of this product

Big brand companies often hire third party’s to police any trademark violations . If they are trying to extort money , they may be a scam . But if you are violating somebody 's trademark than you are behaving criminally .

I see other forum members also point out that you are repeatedly violating Amazons rules . Follow the rules . Do not place your website address contact details where you should not .

If what you are doing is above board, contact Apple legal and this should be cleared up ASAP.

The name on the patent need not be the name of the current patent owner.

Patents are bought and sold.

Get your lawyer to research the validity of the claim,.

Appldetex is a brand enforcement company who is very effective.

Odds are you are infringing their earphone patent.

If you are selling the products as APPDETEX items, not APPLE items, on listing pages that are separate from anything branded as an APPLE product, then you should be OK. There is no patent infringement, unless the “APPDETEX” products are sold as “APPLE” brand items.

A bit off the topic question for you, HonShengChina: is it really that simple to fool Amazon when it comes to selling knock-offs, being able to list your full contact info outside Amazon, and to manipulate feedback by offering gifts/incentives? We are just all curious here. The thing is that Amazon is very strict with the US sellers when it comes to this. You have to prove a lot of things to Amazon before one can even start selling anything. However, when it comes to Chinese companies, it appears they can get away with murder and keep on doing that for months and years.

I really liked your original design wireless earbuds and speakers. They don’t look at all like Apple earbuds and JBL speakers.
