Amazon.ca customer service is 1-877-586-3230. Phone customer service and they email seller support. Your other option is emailing sellers-cs@amazon.ca.

Amazon has discontinued use of the old seller-support@amaz… addy for submission of seller problems and complaints. One should now use the online form.

One can also submit suggestions and comments to Amazon via

Instructions for removing Feedback that has been left (you can send them to any buyers willing to remove feedback.

  1. Open the main Amazon.com Web site at , and then click the Your Account button.
    The Your Account page appears.
  2. Next to View by Order, click the scroll box to select orders, then click Go.
    A list of orders appears.
  3. Locate the order, then scroll to the feedback section.
    A Remove link appears on the right side of the order.
  4. Click Remove.
    The Remove Feedback page appears:
  5. Select a reason for removing the feedback and then click Remove Feedback.
    The feedback is removed.
