Buyer initiates a return and gets a auto authorized label. Waits 32 days and then ships it back. Is it now out of policy and we do not have to refund? If out of policy, will we still get charged for the label?
Our company policy is to issue the appropriate refund amount even if the order is returned late. You will see different opinions on this topic if you search through the forums. And yes, you will be charged for the label if it has been used. You will see the return shipping charge in your payment report breakdown. Just search the order id number in the “find a transaction” search box.
Also,
Amazon should reimbursed the fee since the customer waited 30 days for it. Amazon should charged for refund instead of taking it out of 3 party sellers pockets. At least on eBay, sellers have a no refund on listings.
