ASIN was deleted and my inventory was merged to a new ASIN with same FNSKU

ASIN was deleted and my inventory was merged to a new ASIN with same FNSKU

I added a new product with a simple product name.

when the FBA shipment arrived warehouse, I complete the full title and description, images.

After the listing was updated, Amazon deleted my old ASIN(A), now my inventory was transfer to a new different ASIN(B) with same SKU and FNSKU, but the listing is still inactive.

And what exactly is the issue?

The products arrived in the warehouse but the listing is not active? Perhaps it’s under reserved?

my previous Asin is B0XXXX1, SKU is SKU001, FNSKU is X0ABC1

now amazon deleted the ASIN B0XXXX1, and automatically added a new ASIN B0XXXX2 with same SKU and FNSKU, now all my inventory are stranded now.

If the SKU and FN_SKU are still the same … try to see if you can fix the stranded and reassign it to the new ASIN. If not open a case with support and ask them to fix it.

Usually, the way to fix this is,

  1. DELETE the listing.
  2. Wait few hours.
    3 ADD a new ptoduct with the exact details as the stranded item,…ASIN and SKU…
    this should fix the problem.
