My product is tagged as a pesticed

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I urgently need assistance with a persistent issue: my product, a Cork Yoga Mat, has been incorrectly flagged as a pesticide, despite being made exclusively from FSC-certified cork and FSC-certified rubber. This is confirmed by FSC and SGS certificates and written documentation from my supplier, which I’ve shared multiple times via Seller Support. The issue appears to stem solely from wording in the listing.

I’ve already removed all problematic terms (e.g., “Non-toxic”) from the A+ Content, images, and product video. However, I’m unable to edit the title and bullet points due to the listing block. Despite opening multiple cases (if neccesary I can share the IDs) and appealing, I only receive generic responses or instructions to “wait for updates.” Uploading via Catalog also fails, returning errors related to the pesticide flag.

Because I cannot update the title and bullets, historical terms likely remain, triggering the pesticide flag. I urgently need manual intervention to:

- Remove the incorrect pesticide classification.

- Temporarily grant edit access to the title/bullets.

I can provide proof of FSC/SGS certifications and screenshots of the updated images, video, and A+ content upon request. If anyone from Amazon or experienced sellers can escalate this, I’d deeply appreciate it. This issue is severely impacting my business: the product was supposed to launch now, but incoming inventory is marked as stranded, jeopardizing this new product’s success.

I am having a problem with the new policy. While Amazon stated that sourcing costs would only be used for lost/damaged items before they are sold, they are not keeping to that policy. I have had several FBA returns that were stolen/swapped, and Amazon is only reimbursing sourcing costs and not the original order amount (minus the fees). This is a terrible error and will cause even further losses! Anyone else seeing this? Mods, please help!

Wich I don't have but is impossible to prove this to Amazon.

Now I try to remove my inventory and close account. But Amazon don't allow me this.

Is any way haw to sue Amazon to resolve this or any information how to resolve this.

I am looking for guidance regarding my seller account suspension due to a related account violation. Despite submitting multiple appeals, clarifications, and a notarized affidavit, my account remains deactivated, and Amazon continues to reject my appeals with generic responses.

Case Details:

Store Name: Pike Sellers

Suspension Date: June 15, 2023

Amazon flagged my account as related to another seller (my uncle, Mr. Manoj), due to a previously shared business address . Despite these similarities, our businesses have always been independent, with separate:

  • Suppliers
  • Finances
  • Inventory
  • Business operations

Clear Differences Between Our Businesses:

My business and my uncle’s business are entirely separate, operating under different LLCs, brand registries, and product lines. My company has its own legally registered LLC, distinct from his, with no financial or operational overlap. Additionally, my brand registry is completely separate, and the products I sell are entirely different from what my uncle offers. Our business models, suppliers, and market approaches are unique, and there is no direct or indirect connection between our operations beyond a past address association. Amazon’s automated system has incorrectly linked us based on surface-level similarities, rather than actual business relationships.

Actions Taken:

To address Amazon’s concerns, I have removed all potentially common information from my account, ensuring no links remain between my business and any other seller. I submitted detailed appeals explaining my business’s independence, along with a notarized affidavit confirming that my account is entirely separate. Additionally, I updated my business address to remove any past association, discontinued the use of any shared service providers, and made sure that my account is accessed only from secure, dedicated devices and networks. Despite these efforts, my appeals continue to be rejected without a clear reason.

I appreciate any advice or insights from sellers who have faced and overcome similar challenges. I need guidance on the next best steps.

My ASIN B0D9WW2BHT, is inactive for "Trademark on Product Detail Page". I am unable to edit the listing from Manage inventory page, but was able to remove any instances of the flagged trademark. This includes images, Bullets and Product description. I have called and spoken to representatives who have confirmed that the changes were made but not implemented. They also did not have much to say about the Account Health page apart from "Give it time". Can anyone help to activate this listing? There is nothing I can do from my account and I have no confirmation of any updates from Amazon. My latest Case ID is 17532348321.

LISTING PRODUCTS - NOT AVAILABLE

Hello everyone, I've been selling on Amazon using FBA for about 9 months. I mainly resell products in the Buy Box, competing with other sellers. Now, I’m trying to list about 40 new products. I’ve negotiated directly with the manufacturer, and I have valid invoices ready.

However, when I try to list these products using their EAN codes on my USA seller account, I only see the option “Copy This Listing” — the “Sell This Product” option is not available.

Out of curiosity, I switched my account to Amazon Mexico and tried listing the same products there. It worked perfectly — the “Sell This Product” option appeared without any issues.

I’m really confused because the manufacturer and distributor assured me that there are no restrictions on these products. Since I don’t want to ship inventory to Mexico, I need to find a way to list these items on my USA account.

Has anyone experienced this before? Do you know what I should do to list these products in the U.S. marketplace?

The the past several weeks the customer (always different names) keeps buying 2-3 of my ASINS and drop ships it to different locations around country FBM. After that they open a return request and return some random junk, sometimes just pieces of paper. How do I know if this is the same person? Easy, all the returns were dropped in Ontario, California UPS. All the tracking show that it's been coming from there, even though the original address on label is always different, all around country.

I opened T safe claims, i get reimbursed, however i still get charged for return label. Also i been spending a lot of time documenting, taking pictures and submitting it.

I am tired of spending so much time and energy on this fraudulent buyers. Is there anyway mods can look into it?

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can offer some guidance.

My seller account was deactivated due to a supposed link to another account that I do not recognize and have never had any relationship with—personally or professionally. This is completely unfamiliar to me, and I have no idea why Amazon would associate my account with it.

In the past, I worked with an external service provider to manage my store. I've already submitted documentation to Amazon, including a service agreement, proof of payment, and confirmation that the business relationship has officially ended. Since then, I’ve had full control of my store and am fully committed to complying with all Amazon policies.

Now, Amazon is asking for evidence that I am not connected to this unknown account. I genuinely have no information about it, so I'm unsure how to prove something when there’s no connection in the first place.

Has anyone dealt with something like this before? I would really appreciate any advice or ideas on how to move forward. I’m just trying to clear up this misunderstanding and get back to selling.
