Anyone else frustrated with Stamps.com label printing issues?

Stamps.com has has a glitch in their system for about 2 months. They keep saying they’re working on it, but they won’t push it as a priority unless many customers have the same issue. If you use Stamps.com, and are having issues with their labeling system because

  1. your selected “Reset Fields” don’t reset,
  2. the Auto-Advance Label Position is off but keeps switching page sides, and
  3. Print Reference # is automatically unchecked after each print,

Please take a few minutes to call Stamps.com to complain. Enough complaints will escalate this to urgent.

I know I can use Buy Shipping on Amazon, but it does not provide a reference line, which is needed for our purposes. I hope we can help each other out here.

We threw them out in 2002, and signed up with Endicia.

In 16-years there was only one problem when USPS rates changed. They offer a 30-day free trial.

I honestly have not had those issues at all. BUT, perhaps my use is different. Or my printer…those settings/features aren’t something I normally use. I use a laser printer…are these settings used for thermal or something?

We use stamps com in conjunction with Shipworks. Have never had an issue printing any postage.
