Mods…this is out of control.
Feedback states “Received empty package. Please ship item that I paid for.”
This order was FBA.
Ask for removal and appeal and i get this.

We’re unable to remove this feedback as buyer received incomplete product.
Since buyer feedback is a direct reflection of their Amazon shopping experience, we can only remove feedback for these reasons:
- Contains obscene language.
- Contains seller-specific, personally identifiable information.
- Entire feedback comment is a product review.
- Entire feedback comment is about fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon.
How is this a fault on us a seller when amazon didnt secure the box or the carrier damaged it or etc etc… I know this is 1 thread in the line of many but come on this is getting ridiculous.
