> So i am selling powder Bare Minerals and buy it wholesale from original company. I have invoices from purchases. My question is: What i can do next to release my account? I know what i can wrote appeal, but i scared do this, becouase i read seller support blog and lot of sellers had same problems. I want try to write 1 good appeal, can any body help me or maybe i can do something else??
You do not need to rush into sending an appeal, you just need to take the time to understand what the issue Amazon and your buyers had with your products potentially being counterfeit.
There are some search results with Bare Minerals being “fake” or “counterfeit” in a Google search, (mostly on the auction site).
You might want to research those first to see how to spot a counterfeit of this item.
You will need to provide copies of invoices from your supplier to prove that these are authentic BareMinerals as was mentioned from other posters.
Take a day or so to gather up invoices and details of your purchases from the supplier to prove that they are authentic and from the original manufactuer. Then try to write an appeal to assure that your items are authentic and post a rough draft here first. Other sellers could help you out with your rough draft.
The main issue is for you to prove to Amazon that the items that you were selling or are planning to sell are indeed authentic and not fake or counterfeit.
P.S. If after some review, you think that possibly selling some Bare Minerals makeup that could have been fake or counterfeit you could also put in your appeal that you will never list or sell any of those items ever again. (Do a search on Google, there is some great information, and one really nice link to the auction site, that has information, pictures, and examples of spotting and comparing counterfeits against the original real products.)
