Amazon Sellers App BUG Help Pls Try This

I have deleted and re-installed the Amazon Sellers App for BOTH the iPhone and the Samsung.

Here is an example of the issue I am having on the Amazon Sellers App
This happens on SOME of the products, here is ONE example:

From the Amazon Sellers App:

Click “Add a Product”
Enter in the Search Amazon to Sell “Josie Maran Argan Skincare Revivers”
Click on the right the “>” (arrow)
Product Details page is NOT fully loading. Only the page title is loading

Pls try it and let me know if it is working on your App.
This only happens on SOME products. I am giving you an example of ONE product that is NOT working on my App.

This has been an issue for me for about a month. I’m noticing more and more products’ detail pages not displaying.

The app is not intended to be your only way of managing your Amazon account. It has known flaws. Adding products is one of them. Try adding the item via a computer, does it work?

Did you try to do the steps in the message?
If yes, what were your results?

I’m having an issue with the Sellers App for about a month now and I am wondering if others are having the same issue.

To answer your questions/comments:

I’m not using the App to manage my Amazon account.
I’m not adding a product, I’m using the Add a Product section for other reasons.

Can you please go through the steps in the message and let me know if you are having the same issue.

I would recommend opening a case with seller support Pls.

Yes, I agree on opening a case. But I want to first make sure it is a problem for not just me.

Can you please go through the steps and let me know if it’s an issue for you too?

Do you have approval for that brand?

Often the app will simply quit when approval is needed.

Seller Central will generally offer the brand approval warning and application.

Good thought but this is happening on brands that I’m selling.

What is your work around?

Did you try entering the same product? If not, can you try entering it from the original message.

I’m wondering if it’s the same products.

Yeah I tried your item “Josie Maran Argan Skincare Revivers” and got the same exact issue your are having in the app. This issue seems to happen with a lot of random items in various categories. To work around the issue, I just go to the internet browser on my phone (safari, firefox, chrome) and just go to the seller central site to check/add it that way.

So you use the website instead of the Mobile App. But the website does not give all the info that the Amazon Mobile App gives

Closing out the Seller App does not solve the problem for me. If I close out the App and go back in trying to view the same product, that PRODUCT DETAILS page still does not load. Does it load for you after closing the app then opening the app for the same product?

Yeah you are right. So dumb that the app as more info/features than the actual site.

Everyone please post the type of Mobile phone that you are using which has the issue of the PRODUCT DETAILS page not displaying for SOME of the products.

Also, if you know the OS and the App version that would be helpful. We are giving this info in a Seller’s Support case.
