Dear Amazon Seller Forum,
I like to report a violation by a seller “BY TJ” (https://www.amazon.com/s?marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&me=A26TK4V3J5V7X6&merchant=A26TK4V3J5V7X6)
This seller is monopolizing the market using ONE generic product (B07H6VNB4N) and creating multiple listings:
1.B00LNJD3WO
2.B003D74R56
3.B005GRMIUC
4.B00QAWVSTO
5.B00N29BSMK
6. B000VKSJ6Q
7. B01LE6OYSW
He is simply piggybacking off these branded ASINs but they are not from these companies nor does it have the branding from these company. He is simply selling a generic product. This allows him power in the market and he is able to move the price market. This is unfair for seller like me that is following all Amazon policies and unfair for these other sellers that is using.
Amazon policy states:
- Remanufactured, refilled and compatible ink or toner products must be listed as separate ASINs. You cannot use the same ASINs as the original/OEM ink or toner products. See Ink or Toner Listing Guidelines for additional details.
I ask Amazon to remove these ASIN and do not allow this type of abusive behavior. But nothing has been done to correct this abusive seller. It is a shame that a seller can abuse the system and effect ethical sellers like me.
I’m hoping someone from Seller Forum can help me with this.
Thank you.
