Amazon return policy

#1

With Covid-19 Pandemic plaguing the world, A lot of people are under LOCK DOWN at home. More and more people are buying leisure items on line as well as items to “store” their massive stock up of Food/toilet paper. I fear that the buyers are taking advantage of 30 days no question asked return and some of us may be stuck with USED item soon. If Grocery chains, Costco, Walmart can issue a NO RETURN policy, why isn’t Amazon helping to protect us sellers?

Your in luck, ha ha ha… now they have extended it!

We request that you match our returns policy for the applicable Amazon website, regardless of your fulfillment solution.

For orders placed on Amazon.com, most items delivered between March 1, 2020, and April 30, 2020, can now be returned until May 31, 2020.

If you are FBM and you receive a used item back, charge the appropriate restocking fee. If you are FBA there isn’t much you can do as you turned your business over to Amazon to run for you.

It’s more like a 60+ day return policy with the extended return policy. Therefore, an item purchased on March 1 can be returned up to May 31st.

Yes, we will get some used items back. Don’t wait on Amazon to help you because they won’t. Increase your prices or shipping fees to offset those expenses outside of your control.
