Today, i found one of my listing appeared other brand name, so i ask support team for help. A moment later, the brand name becomes mine. However, i found the listing title was changed, so i want to change back, but failed. Some mins later a horrible issue happens, this listing SKU NO has two ASINs, both ASINs are unavailable to sell. So i have to ask help again. Then they ask me to delete the incorrect ASIN, and follow to sell the correct ASIN, the problem will be resolved. Okay, i followed. Then a bigger issue appears, my listing content all disappear, and the support team told me to edit this listing to recover this listing. I have to re-add a title, bullet points, ST, etc.
Why does my listing content all disappear?
the answer is AMAZON system did not get your listing information, so they delete all the past content. … this is their reason. This listing has been sold for 2 months at amazon. today amazon did not get my listing information?

I can’t help you but I feel your pain.
This is why I keep a file on my computer with all the bullet point and Product Description information in this separate file.
It is a real pain in the neck to have to go back and add in the product dimensions and weights again, but you gotta do it.
Just be aware of getting caught in Hazmat review again.
When you go to replenish inventory there is a chance that you won’t be able to because you will have to go through Hazmat review again.
Complete you listing filling in all the missing information, then in Manage Inventory, in the drop down list where you select “Edit Listing” in that drop down list, select “Replenish Inventory” Wait a day or two after you have your listing back, then try “Replenish Inventory” It will take you to a new shipping plan and on this new shipping plan it will give you the errors on why you cannot ship. If you get no errors just cancel the shipping plan.
