We are a spa in Philadelphia that sells beauty products and makeup. One of our massage salves that we sell on our website (not on the Amazon Marketplace) contains Full Spectrum Hemp. This was incorrectly described on our website as one of our employees copied and pasted images and information from another website for the product listing. Since we use Amazon Pay as a processor they shut down our Amazon Pay account, Seller account, and Buyer Account with NO WARNING! We are so confused and trying everything in our power to get our account reinstated… Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated! It feels as though we are screaming into a black hole, inside a black hole, inside a black hole called Amazon.

We’re in a similar situation, but they claim we sell dietary supplements, when we sell nothing of the sort. The product in question is a facial moisturizer, with all ingredients listed. Only getting generic replies to my emails.
