I proceeded with same last year information for my Inform Consumer Act few days back.Then Suddenly I got a warning 'Your account is at risk of deactivation' and Tax Id verification is in progress and nothing you can do but only wait. So much is invested and waiting is not easy as every supplier would agree on.I made a call and support said, there is a technical error and you just needed to wait for 72 hrs.Anyone here with same situation been resolved??

We want to inform fellow sellers about our recent experience with 6amrun LLC (Delaware) regarding order fulfillment. Our company placed a 5k wholesale order for Pre-Workout Powder, but only a small portion of the units was shipped to Amazon warehouse. Despite six months of follow-ups, the remaining inventory has not been delivered.

While we have attempted to resolve the issue through multiple communication channels, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. This has caused operational disruptions and financial impact on our business.

We encourage sellers to exercise due diligence when selecting suppliers. Checking reviews on BBB, Trustpilot, and industry forums can help make informed sourcing decisions. For those encountering similar fulfillment challenges, we recommend reaching out to BBB, or relevant consumer protection agencies to report the issue.

Our goal in sharing this statement is to help sellers make informed choices and protect their businesses.

I received a notification stating "Your account is at risk of deactivation" due to pending verification under the INFORM Consumers Act, specifically for Tax Verification.

However, my Tax Information section in Seller Central clearly shows: "Tax information is complete." Despite this, the system still indicates that Tax Verification is in progress, and the warning message has remained on my account for several days.

To resolve this, I submitted the required documents again more than a week ago, but the issue remains. I also contacted Amazon Seller Support (CASE ID: 17242342261), but have yet to receive a resolution.

After checking the Seller Forum, I found that many others are experiencing the same problem.

Has anyone successfully resolved this? Also, if any Amazon representatives are here, could you confirm if this is a known technical issue and provide an update?

We would like to know how Amazon FBA unpacks the goods upon their arrival at the Amazon warehouse, how the goods are scanned and counted after being unpacked, and how the goods are distributed to various sub-warehouses after the counting process. Assuming the goods are clothing items packaged in polythene plastic bags, what type of container is used during the distribution process?

I recently received this as a seller feedback and Amazon support refuses to remove this even though it is entirely a product review. I went through feedback remover and got automated response denial immediately then responded back and they denied again with a canned response and now the case is not able to be reopened. This is not only a stupid product review but is obviously entirely a product review because they are mad that the item they bought cost was not free... Please moderators you are my only hope to remove this seller feedback... Case number 17236318891

Hello selling community,

Can anyone tell me what attribute dictates the selling price that is displayed on a parent listing?

I've seen listings from other sellers in my category (shirts) show a price on the customer buy page but when you click on the listing and go into the product that price is for one variation only, out of many in the same listing with a higher selling price.

Dear Forums,

Recently i faces problem with product in amazon seller central product listing it says;

"We understand that you are facing issues creating a listing in your selling account. However , the GTIN (UPC/EAN/ISBN/JAN) ......................... you have provided is not valid for this product. To list this product, provide the correct GTI"

Meanwhile i got my upc code from gs1 on February 13 of 2025. I need help to solve this problem. Case ID: 17241765911

I have exactly the same issue.

I own a established supplements brand and i successfully brand registered under dietary supplements category through amazon to list my product.

I have successfully created other supplements a while ago. no problem.

I recently created a listing, Everything was fine.

The listing is not removed. Detail page is visible.

but suddenly getting this error when try to edit the listing

1. Selling Application

We are not accepting applications to sell:

- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

- Other product(s)

PLEASE NOTE: There is no option to request approval by providing documentation and no email or performance notification on from amazon as well.

I'm the brand owner of this supplements brand.

all our products are dietary supplements category. We cannot sell anything other than dietary supplements category. I'm sure this is an error and need to be resolved.

I have opened a different discussion to this matter with specific details

US Postal Service head DeJoy to step down after 5 years marked by pandemic, losses and cost cuts. <---for article, google that

Dude personally destroyed USPS. Used to get Priority mail across the country in 2-3 days, and you could file for claims on lost packages.

Now even Amazon's own shipping algo knows that Priority takes a week or more, and if a package gets lost, good luck navigating the appeals process.

It was sad to see the mighty USPS crippled by this loser. Hope he rots, and hope we get someone who was ACTUALLY A POSTAL EMPLOYEE AT ONE TIME IN THEIR LIFE
