The issue I am facing is with those TBA tracking numbers, while using amazon fulfillment Channel. It’s a nightmare when you get a TBA tracking number and there is no way for customers to track it. I have contacted Amazon several times even over phone and they have no way to figure out how to provide a link where customers can track the package shipped. Tracking number is like the back bone of our online business, then why amazon is trying to kill it by promoting MCF to us.
