We received the following message from Amazon for an expedited order received today:
We’ve been contacted by a customer regarding the order identified below.
Reason: refund the shipping cost for the second other
Details: the customer asking about the shipping charge that she wants to refund due to the first order not receive and they say that they going to refund the shipping cost for $xxxx
This is our first order from this customer for this item. Our assumption is they ordered from a different seller and it didn’t arrive and when they reordered they ordered from us. What do we do now? The order has not been shipped yet.
