When I first sent in a few boxes of books last year, none went missing. Now, more and more are going missing, many of which are higher value than most. I triple check the contents of each box and I am very organized. Then, I receive notices from Amazon saying that my account is in jeopardy because they did not receive what I said they should receive. It’s really frustrating that I am doing my job on my end, but they are not, yet blame me for not putting the right contents in the box. Is this just part of dealing with them? Just accepting that they are stealing or losing my inventory?
