Can anyone help me get my first sale? How do I see if it is even being clicked on? How do I get started. Do I need to pay Amazon for advertising clicks?

And I think Amazon is charging me $66 for something, what is that for?

Hello, I have an integration between Amazon and Printful, which is the supplier that will ship products (T-shirts are what I want to sell) to my customers, regarding obtaining a gtin exemption on Amazon, I cannot find the “Get Exemption” button when trying to add a product. So I have an important question: “First, do I need a gtin exemption for the “clothes, T-shirts” category? If yes, how will I do that?
