Amazon "Accounting Adjustment" with no explanation, Seller support just hangs up
Aloha All,
We have been selling on Amazon since they first started, things have been crazy lately on Amazon. Newest problem with no help from ANY Amazon department is an “Accounting Adjustment!” No Explanation whatsoever! Despite calling everyday and created cases Amazon has done nothing, say they will call back or email updates, never happens, but they do hang up on me! Amazon changed the name from “Accounting Adjustment” to “Balance Adjustment”

Anyone else experience a problem like this? Any idea how to get this taken care of? At this point we are just sending out products for free, how ridiculous!?

some time back they refunded a buyer without returning the item. reported it a number of times and got nothing. Just out money and the item. No response at all so good luck with that

Sometimes amazon refunds buyers, and the credit to your account will show in 45 days in your payments report
