After suspending my account, amazon took my balance

#1

My account has been suspended for almost a year and failed to get it reactivated and tried to reactivate soon and always unavailable balance was shown but it was disappear on my account and see the balance went to Amazon.com on the 30th of Dec. 2019. Any sellers have this experience and is this final or if I appear I can get this balance back?
I never thought they would take this amount !!
I really hope to hear your experiences and help me how to appear this case.
Thank you very much in advance.

What were you suspended for?

#3

My account has been suspended due to an intellectual issue, but this issued item was never sold.

#4

If you check the email they sent you, I believe if you don’t get the IP complaint resolved, you can’t get your $ back.

#5

To make sure I understand this

You received an IP violation for something you never sold?

#6

I checked all the mails but amazon never gave me any notice of the balance. So do you mean if I resolve the problem even now i get the amount back?

#7

I still have to resolve the problem but my account still shows me the button to resolve the issue, but why they took the balance?

#8

if you do not get the IP complaint resolved, you cannot get your money back.

#9

I already opened a case, because other sellers received the balance the amount even thought their accout are still suepened. What do you this I have to do the best ? Is it possible to get the $ back if I reactive my account?

#10

Post your suspension email if you would like additional assistance

#11

Ok, first of all, is there still a chance to get the $ back, if my appeal is accepted? because amazon took it already, isn’t it?

#12

As I stated before, it is spelled out in your suspension email. Every suspension is slightly different. SO if you post the email, we can help you figure out if you can get paid or not, I suspect not

Hello,

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why did this happen?
We arrived at this decision because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

We’re here to help.
If you need help better understanding what is causing this, please search for “Intellectual Property Violations” in Seller Central Help (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/201361070).

How do I reactivate my account?

How do I send the required information?
Submit this information at notice-dispute@amazon.com.

What happens if I do not send the requested information?
If we do not receive the requested information, your account will remain deactivated and funds in your account may be held for 90 days or longer. Depending on your account status and activities, you may be required to complete an additional review before funds can be released. Amazon may withhold payments if we determine that your account was used to sell inauthentic or prohibited goods, commit fraud, or engage in other illegal or abusive activity.

You said you were suspended for listing inauthentic, so the bolded statement above says they may not pay.

This is NOT your original email, so all I can go off of is what you have posted.

#15

Yes, this is my original deactivation notivation from Amazon. and Amazon tells me to reply to this email to reactivate my account.
