Ad Campaigns resulting to Dummy Orders ( Pending or Canceled)

by Seller_WiCzKgG6bNUAD

Hello Amazon Sellers,

Is anyone noticing your Sponsored listings converting to orders which remain in “Pending” status and then get changed to “Canceled” Status?

Is it proper for Amazon to charge you for those clicks which convert into an Order ( Pending or Canceled) but never into a Actual Sale?

How are you dealing with this situation which is becoming prominent for my Amazon FBA account.

They charge you for clicks, not orders. If someone clicks on the ad you get charged whether they order, order and cancel, or don’t even add your item to their cart.

I agree with @Mellogirl88 Sponsored Products operate on a cost-per-click pricing model, and you only pay when a customer clicks on your ad. Amazon Can only show your ads to the user, they do not guarantee for purchase.
