I recently became a new seller on Amazon and my account got immediately suspended.
I receive an email saying to sent an utility bill with name and address visible.
I did sent this, but my mother’s name is on the bill although I live with her under same household.
They denied my submission since they do not have enough information reactivate my account at this time.
After that, I sent a email questioning what I should provide more clearly or any further helpful details regarding my suspension.
It’s been more than two weeks and they still haven’t reply, message status saying “transferred”
Therefore, what should I do regarding this, is it that the utility bill that is not under my name, which I signed into Amazon Seller central, the issue. If so, should I create an Amazon Seller Account under my mother’s name or is it something else?
Any information would be much appreciated, thank you
