Account Suspended

My account has been suspended once registered. Amazon says this account is related to another Amazon seller account that may not sell anything in Amazon. The fact is my other account is still selling and processing just like normal, so I don’t see how is this account getting banned because of my another properly functioning account.

CAN I EVEN FIX THIS?
