Hi please help me out here. I got an email to say my account has been suspended as it is related to another account. There is one of 2 things i had an old account that i never sold on but i closed if in September new account was opened end of july it was just when i remembered i had another account did i go on and delete it as i knew you are not aloud 2 accounts the second thing is my girlfriend has an account also and i log onto her internet quiet often with her laptop as i am alway in hers but her account is not suspended and is still active. Please any help at all will be greatly appreciated as i have spent over £10000 on a product that is due for delivery in 2 weeks. You can explain why you violated the rules, apologize and hope for mercy.
It is more likely that you will need another venue to sell your product.

I’m not sure if I can give a lot of advice regarding the multiple accounts. However, I just came back from a suspension myself. It took two appeals.
When they first suspended me, it was only my US account. When they denied my first appeal, they suspended all my other accounts as well.
I read somewhere of someone with a similar issue as you. If I remember correctly, they requested their second account to be closed. Once that was done, they filed the appeal in their first account and explained that they made an unintentional mistake, did their best to correct the mistake, and Amazon reinstated them.

Not only the money that i have spent but i have spent hundreds of hours studying Amazon products and finding the rite products to sell and ways of boosting my sales (PPC,FACEBOOK ADDS,IMPROVING MY PRODUCTS BY READING CUSTOMERS BAD REVIEWS ETC). I have been really looking forward to working with Amazon and building a great business together and would do nothing to jeopardise that.
I really hope my account can be reinstated please as like i have said i have put so much money and hours into this new business adventure and am really looking forward to building a great relationship with amazon and making thousands of are customers happy with my products. I can sincerely say from the bottom of my heart i will do everything in my power to never break an Amazon T&C again and will do my best to keep everyone of the customers that buy of me happy. I am also a prime member on amazon over 3 years and love buying on Amazon so i know how important it is as a buyer to know my money is safe and who i am buying of is legit so i fully understand my account being suspend but i do hope we can resolve this and i will do anything i can to get my account back. The forums tend to be brutally honest - as you’re experiencing. I’ve read many posts, blogs and articles over the past 3 weeks about Amazon suspensions To be honest, I believe Amazon will reject your appeal. Your main mistake is that you really didn’t address the issue. You’ll also included too much information that isn’t pertinent to the problem.
Amazon doesn’t care if this will cost you a lot of money or how painful this is for you. Sorry I don’t have better news. There’s not much you can do until they respond. Once they do, please post again and get some forum advice.

Sorry… One account per lifetime… you may not ever be able to sell on Amazon. Just prepare for this eventuality. they also may not ever respond to your email/appeal.
will also open a new bank account and get an additional card holder for my credit card so i can keep all the bills etc on my name so i will still build up my credit rating
