I recently got suspended due to accepting pre orders, using amazon pay on our shopify store. We are still waiting for the appeal process to finish I hope.
So I have a few returns that I am dealing with and I am unable to refund the customer
My account has been suspended for about a week now, I am sure I will see claims come in any time now for customers not being able to return, and with no orders coming in this could be a separate suspension again
Any help would be appreciated!
