We were sellers in Mexico few years ago and Amazon suspended our account because of a linked account that is not ours, but belongs to a former employee. As this employee left the company, we had to provide to Amazon a proof that he was not working for us anymore, so we did. But for a year, we do not have any further answer to our appeal, and despite all the cases opened, no one has reached out to us to give us visibility on the status of our appeal.
How could we contact Amazon Mexico so that they review our appeal and reactivate our account? FYI we are active sellers in 13 other marketplaces, and we are doing really great there.
