- The root cause of the issue
We have received mail from Amazon stating that your is in review state due to some business documents verification. After careful reading of notification we have contacted seller support team regarding same received notification. Amazon Seller support team guided us for correct way for document verification.
We have send appeal with required documents for Amazon verification and after two days we have again received mail from Amazon stating that they will require Utility bill with name and address visible
Business license, if applicable Invoices copies, contracts or delivery orders .
We have provided utility bill , supplier invoice and credit card invoices to Amazon seller performance team for verification. Now we are waiting for our reactivation of account so that we will start selling items on Amazon.
The actions you have taken to resolve the issue
We have already submitted original business documents for verification. Also in future we will provide you any details if you want to verify our business. We have officially registered our business so we have all official documents for verification.
The steps you have taken to prevent the issue going forward
We have all documents like credit card bill, invoices, supplier details, manufacturing details, bank details, deposit method details etc. So you can review our documents anytime.
Also in future there is any updates done in business details then we will submit those updated documents for verification.
Steps we have taken and will continue to take:
We are now sourcing products from only trusted suppliers and before sourcing any products we have checked that item quality, check for any damages and after that only we are sourcing this products from trusted suppliers to maintain our quality and 100% buyer satisfaction.
First we will review our product accuracy and check is the product as describe on Amazon detail page or not?, and only after checking this all accuracy we will active our listing on Amazon for sale.
To overcome customer confusion we optimize our listing like optimize our title, images, bullet points and description so it’s easy for customer to buy our products, also we have given every small kinds of information for our customer.
Also we have created images as per Amazon given dimension also we are taking help from Amazon seller support to optimize our images for better conversion. Now our products are well informative and images are showing very clearer exactly like products.
Only when the product matches the ASIN 100% will we then list the product for sale. There will be a two person review of appropriate item being packaged for delivery in an Excel type checklists that the fulfillment team can log, record, and track. If the product does not match the product detail page 100% we will delete product form our account.
We have gone through all our warehouse inventory and have taken out all items that show any signs of damage or defectiveness. This has ensured all products are ‘new’ as described on the detail page.
We have re-written the description and bullet points to improve accuracy of the item’s presentation to Amazon.com standards.
We have re-written all weights, dimensions and quantity per order.
We have re-photographed all items that are not displaying the product accurate enough.
Now we are using standard quality packaging material for product packing. Our product packaging is same as described on Amazon for customer so that customer will receive best buying experienced from our side.
Also we are using standard currier service for delivery of product so that we will overcome product damage issue.
We have strictly taken all appropriate steps to overcome all problems related to our sourcing, listing, packaging etc.
Now we have performed quality checks on each and every product to provide best service to our valuable customer with 100% satisfaction.
We have applied quality checks on stored products, product packaging and shipped item by tracking product.

We take full responsibility for these issues. We will take all necessary steps to avoid them in the future. We fully understand that we must learn from this incident and prevent them from ever happening again. We pledge to only list products that comply with all Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

I believe my plan of action eliminates all of the issues which led to my suspension. Therefore if willing, I am requesting to be reinstated, to again sell on Amazon.
